Child safety harness?
We are taking our 3 yr old to disney and I wanted to know if it would be a good idea to get a child safety harness. When she gets excited she will not hold my hand. My only concern is that she has balance issues and will not catch herself when she falls (medical condition). If I turn too fast I don’t want to risk pulling her over. What do you think… How much give does the “leash” have? Thanks
You will be glad your have a harness for her. From what you described about her balance issues, I would suggest you go online and find a site in the uk that has children’s harnesses with reins. They actually call them reins. The “rein” attaches in two places on the harness belt. It give the mother better control and in your case, you can keep her from falling down.You may also find them on ebay uk. I would suggest the leather type as they are more durable,easier to adjust, and will last longer. There is a company called “Clippasafe ” that has a really cute leather harness with an appropriate decor on the front. The monkey backpacks have the single leash and can get very warm and uncomfortable if worn all day. I hope this helps. Good luck, enjoy your trip.
